I am a twenty-six year old living in Northeast Indiana. I am a full time Board Certified Behavior Analyst at an autism center by day and a virtual health and fitness coach by night. I am very passionate about both of these areas of my life for the simple fact of being able to help individuals to be the best versions of themselves.
About a two and a half years ago, I decided to jump on the "health and fitness bandwagon" (or so I thought that was what this was at the time.) I stumbled across a coach on facebook and jumped into her challenge groups, began eating clean and following at home fitness programs.
I have such a passion for sharing this journey with others and supporting and motivating others. Being a virtual health and fitness coach has allowed me to take this passion and run with it.
