ZOODLES!

what you will need:
Spiralizer (I use the "veggetti")
Zucchini
Diced tomatoes/tomato purée
Ground turkey
Spices of your choice (I used Italian seasoning, basil and oregano)
Noodles:
1.Cut the ends off of your zucchini and run through the spiralizer. (Each one may work different, use your directions as a resource.)
2. Once you have spiralized all of the zucchini, place into a pot of boiling water for 2-4 minutes then strain.
Sauce:
(You can use a jar of marinara if you prefer, but I wanted to cut back on the added sugar and keep my recipe completely clean.)
1. Heat up diced/puréed tomatoes in a pan and add spices to taste.
Meatballs:
1. Form ground turkey into small balls.
2. Place on pan and cook until fully browned.
3. Place on top of zoodles and sauce.
Eating:
1. Enjoy your clean, healthy and DELICIOUS meal! smile emoticon

Honey Apple Pork Tenderloin
Ingredients:
3 Green Apples
2 tablespoons pure honey
1 tablespoon cinnamon
Pork tenderloin
Directions:
Cut apples up into slices. Place one apple at the bottom of crockpot. Place pork tenderloin into crockpot. Add remaining apples into crockpot along with the honey and cinnamon. Cook for about 6 hours on high. Tenderloin should begin to shred.
My favorite way to serve:
I like to serve this with sweet potatoes and a vegetable (either roasted squash or steamed broccoli are my favorites.)
Enjoy!

Stuffed Acorn Squash:
1.) Cut acorn squash in half (I microwaved it for a few minutes first so it softened it up and made it easier to cut.)
2.) Scoop out seeds from center, then drizzle top of each half with a 1/2 teaspoon of olive oil.
3.) Bake in over for about 20 minutes (or until soft) at 375.
4.) While the squash is baking, cook ground turkey/ground chicken/ground beef. I seasoned with Bragg's Organic Herbs and Spices, but you could use whatever you like.
5.) Remove squash from oven and fill inside with meat.
6.) Top with 1/4 cup feta cheese crumbles and drizzle olive oil.
7.) Enjoy!!
