Today's tip is to ditch the coffee creamer! Most (there are exceptions) are filled with sugars, artificial sweeteners, chemicals, calories and additives that you don't need to be putting into your body!
Taking out creamer was the first switch I made when I started eating clean, and I haven't looked back since. Can't quite stand to drink your coffee black? Here are a few natural alternatives to try:
☕️Raw honey 
☕️Stevia
☕️Coconut oil (blended)
☕️Grass fed butter or ghee (don't knock it till you try it!)
☕️Cinnamon
☕️Coconut milk
☕️Almond milk
☕️Pure cocoa powder
